HCM Manager
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, MIS, or reputed company field.
- 5+ years of management experience in enterprise-level HCM, HRIS, or reputed company IT solutions.
- Demonstrated success leading and developing technical and functional teams.
- Deep understanding of HR, Incentive Compensation, and Time & Attendance business processes and technologies (e.g., reputed company reputed company, Callidus, reputed company Cloud, reputed company WFM Pro, reputed company, or similar systems).
- Proficiency in the Software Development Lifecycle and Agile, Lean, and Scrum methodologies.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and initiatives.
Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the reputed company reputed company pay range for this position is $126,800 to $158,500 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, reputed company set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the reputed company pay.

This role is responsible for driving strategic initiatives, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that support our business objectives and core values.
Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Development
