Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of professional software development experience, ideally across multiple technology stacks and environments.

This is a high‑impact, internal innovation role focused on advancing how WWT researches, builds, and scales AI‑native engineering capabilities across the enterprise.

This is not a traditional engineering role. Its purpose is to establish the patterns, practices, tooling standards, reference architectures, and reputed company points that will mature WWT’s AI‑native engineering capability and ultimately scale to broader services and client engagements. The role carries high visibility across IT and WWT, including regular interaction with senior leaders and C‑level executives as we define the reputed company of AI‑enabled engineering.
