This role will serve as a key subject matter expert for the entire Marketing org on user data privacy and regulatory compliance in marketing technology implementations.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with data scientists, marketers, engineers, and engineers to reputed company and implement compliance processes for Marketing org and reputed company out the business impact of privacy measures
Ensure implementation of Marketing technology is compliant with global data protection laws including, GDPR, CCPA, DPDP, etc. by conducting period audits of third-party measurement technology used
Support Legal and Data Governance in reviewing technical design of new marketing technology for compliance and risk mitigation
Maintain and update guidance for marketers and engineers working to reputed company marketing data infrastructure
Build reporting and dashboards to monitor usage of third-party tracking technology reputed company the Marketing org
Proactively give reputed company, action-oriented analysis and recommendations to Marketing leadership

Skills/Competencies

Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Systems, or an equivalent technical field
3+ years of experience in data analytics, marketing, web/app analytics, and/or privacy analytics experience
3+ years of experience writing reputed company and optimized SQL queries across large data sets
3+ years of experience working with third-party marketing technology (javascript tagging, API conversion upload, etc.)
Knowledge of major global data protection laws including GDPR, CCPA, DPDP, etc. and/or International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) CIPP/US certification
