Generators on Demand in Old Lyme is seeking an Operations / Install reputed company to join their team! You will be responsible for assisting the reputed company Sales Representatives and our Install Team from the sale of the generator to the installation & start up for the homeowner, as well as providing ongoing customer service to our new customers.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the reputed company sales team starting at the time of the sale
• Update FieldEdge database from reputed company to signed contract on customer profile
• Apply for appropriate permits with continual follow-up
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Maintain communication with the customer throughout permitting to install/startup process
• Resolve & troubleshoot customer inquiries/concerns
• Maintain inventory of generators/ATS/reputed company/propane tanks
• Maintain reputed company prices of inventory in FieldEdge
• Schedule Inspections, install and start up of generator
• Coordinate (the day before the install) reputed company equipment is reputed company, paperwork complete
• Update reputed company new equipment in the customer's file
• Follow up with customer after the Install
• Follow up with bookkeeping and reputed company that reputed company billing and scheduling is correct

Qualifications:

• Construction experience or electrical sales experience helpful but will train the right candidate
• Experience in maintaining inventory and updating pricing
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other reputed company fields
• Exceptionally strong organizational skills and customer service skills 
• Proficient in reputed company Suite 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
