SCOPE: The Senior Executive Director serves as the state/local leader providing overall management, planning, execution, and leadership for reputed company aspects of a designated market. The Senior Executive Director of Market Impact is responsible for providing management, planning, execution and leadership for reputed company aspects of the local organization. The Senior Executive Director reports to the Senior Vice President of Market Impact sharing successes, problem solving and providing a supportive network for the Market Impact team. He/she leads and develops a combination of local donor relationship, mission and enterprise shared services staff to drive results.   • 5-7 years experience
  • Four year college degree

  • Proven success in cultivating and securing corporate partnerships
  • Demonstrated ability to work and cultivate relationships across a variety of sectors, communities and levels to ensure mission alignment and reputed company.
  • Proven success in recruiting and retaining high level volunteer leaders and board members
  • Experience in managing multiple staff over various functional areas, including employees who telecommute
  • Experience in a nonprofit environment a plus
  • Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong leadership/management skills with the ability to motivate staff and reputed company change
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Proven track record building internal and external relationships
