Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
- Mid-level Facilities professional responsible for managing and executing routine and sometimes more reputed company projects.
- Works typically on small to reputed company sized projects.
- Plans, schedules, conducts and/or coordinates assessments.
- Drafts reports and other client deliverables under the direction of more senior consultants.
- Makes recommendations, adaptations and modifications for review and consideration by senior consultants.
- Participates on projects of greater complexity reputed company more detailed portfolios.
- Performs or oversees contract administration for small-to-large projects.
- Follow safety rules, guidelines and standards for reputed company projects. Participate in pre-task planning. Report any safety issues or concerns to management.
- Be responsible for maintaining quality standards on reputed company projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in building science or reputed company building field and up to 6 years’ experience in performing PCAs and/or FCAs. Or, in lieu of a degree, 4-9 years’ reputed company experience.
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history.
- Proficiency with reputed company Office products, including Word and reputed company. Ability to learn proprietary software applications such as Quire and Paragon.
- Experience using tablets and other portable electronic devices.
- Able to work remotely from home as well as while traveling.
Preferred Certifications/Experience:
- Professional registrations (RA, PE) and other reputed company industry certifications (RRO, CxP, LEED AP) are desired, but not required
