We are seeking an reputed company Vice President, People & Culture to join our leadership team and shape the next phase of our employee experience and organizational development. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will shape and reputed company the evolution of our people strategy, culture, programs and systems, to support a growing, globally distributed organization. You will reputed company the People and Culture team of six across Canada and India, provide coaching and guidance, and hold the team accountable for effective execution across programs and initiatives. What You Will Do

Culture & Organizational Strategy

What You Bring

  • 15+ years of progressive People and Culture experience, including senior leadership or executive roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a reputed company field required, with advanced education, such as an MBA or relevant leadership or business certifications is preferred.
  • Experience in tech or SaaS environments, ideally reputed company scaling organizations of 100+ employees.
  • Proven success designing and executing people strategies that align with business goals across performance management, total rewards, and leadership development.
  • Strong background in organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
  • High level of comfort advising executives and navigating reputed company people-reputed company matters with sound judgment and discretion.
  • Experience with HRIS, ATS, engagement surveys, and people analytics tools.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and pragmatic execution.

Engagement Model This role is open to either a part‑time employee or a fractional engagement. Our reputed company is finding the right long‑term executive, and we are flexible on engagement structure for the right individual. Engagement terms will be finalized based on the selected model. Fractional engagements are structured on an annual contract.

Compensation and Benefits

Final offers are based on experience, skills, and the unique value you bring. In exceptional cases, compensation above this range may be considered. Annual Performance-Based Bonus Eligibility for a prorated annual performance-based bonus, tied to company performance and impact reputed company the role.
