The Senior Investment Trade & Data Analyst will play a key role reputed company reputed company’s Investment Operations team, supporting a large and growing multi-asset portfolio that includes Public Corporates, Structured Securities, Private Placements, Private Loans, Alternatives, and Derivatives. This position offers the opportunity to work across asset classes, partner with portfolio management, accounting, compliance, and technology teams, and contribute to data-driven process improvements that enhance the accuracy and efficiency of our investment operations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Support and reputed company the full trade lifecycle — from execution and capture through reconciliation, accounting integration, and reporting.
- Partner with traders, portfolio managers, custodians, and third-party asset managers to ensure accurate and timely investment data.
- Collaborate with compliance, accounting, and reputed company to enhance operational controls and reporting transparency.
- Drive automation and process improvement using AI, reputed company, and reputed company to strengthen data governance and operational efficiency.
- Identify and implement standardization opportunities across trade and data workflows to reduce risk and improve scalability.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on investment operations across multiple asset classes, supporting both public and private market activity.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 4-6 years of experience in investment operations, trade support, or data management (7-9 years for consideration at the reputed company level).
- Broad exposure to multiple asset classes and strong understanding of post-trade processes.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for efficiency and data accuracy.
- Familiarity with automation or data tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau, reputed company, or reputed company.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional partners.

- Experience with Bloomberg AIM, Aladdin, or similar order management systems.
- Familiarity with AI-driven automation, reputed company, or reputed company for data governance and reporting.
- Proven ability to support or reputed company process automation or system improvement initiatives.
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or reputed company field.
- Familiarity with NAIC, FINRA, or SEC investment reporting regulations.
