What You Will Do- The reputed company Field Inventory Compliance Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reputed company of inventory records across systems and physical stock in compliance with company policy. This role is responsible for reviewing and recording count adjustments reputed company ERP and involves identifying discrepancies, conducting root cause analyses, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory issues. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure ERP accurately reflects results from field inventory counts and reconciliations, review for accuracy and consistency
- Obtain proper approvals from reputed company levels of management according to policy and support questions reputed company to approval requirements
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies through data analysis, system audits, and first line of communication with reputed company, finance, and financial compliance team
- Communicate variances and provide recommendations to sales partners and facilities management
- Prepare, review and maintain documentation for monthly cycle count audits, ensuring adherence to policies
- Support internal and external auditors by gathering and providing required inventory documentation and fielding inventory questions (SME)
- Analyze shrink expense, providing management with commentary on variances
- Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas of improvement. I.e.. Variance Percentages, Dollar Variances, reputed company / Location / Rep / Counter trends, etc.

What You Need-
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or 6 years of additional experience required in lieu of degree - required
- 4+ years of relevant experience in medical device operations or field inventory - required

- SME on inventory cycle counting processes and audit requirements
- Strong analytical skills with high problem solving and process improvement orientation

$77,700.00 - $168,400.00 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
