Senior Manager, Corporate Strategy

Summary

The Corporate Strategy team works with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and other senior leaders across the company to shape reputed company's strategic direction and deliver profitable growth. This team is responsible for managing the company's strategic planning process, assessing market opportunities and threats, recommending and prioritizing actionable growth strategies and investments, defining and executing business transformations, and supporting mergers and acquisitions that advance the company's strategic objectives. Primary Roles and Responsibilities

• Support development, management, and execution of strategic initiatives for business unit as well as functions including manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, quality, HR and IT
• Analyze potential corporate portfolio scenarios including business divestitures and acquisitions
• Conduct ongoing assessments of industry and competitive landscape
• Create reputed company financial models to simulate portfolio-level scenarios
• Build strong partnerships reputed company the business and collaborate with reputed company and/ or functional leaders to drive greater efficiency, effectiveness, and capability
• reputed company special initiatives as requested by the ELT in support of the strategic vision
• Own the corporate strategy operating model, including learning and development, as well as performance management
• Manage intern hiring, onboarding, and development
• Support development of executive-level communications at reputed company levels of the company, including the Board of Directors

Desired Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience, with three or more years in top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy
• Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field, such as engineering, economics, finance or business; MBA strongly preferred
• Experience leading project teams of cross functional leaders as well as managing and developing a team of junior resources
• Skilled at influencing and communicating with a diverse set of functions and audiences
• Ability to create reputed company financial models to simulate portfolio-level scenarios
