This role will be a strategic and hands-on digital leader responsible for accelerating the organization’s digital transformation across reputed company markets and franchises. This role oversees a team of three associates and drives excellence across digital transformation programs, digital sustaining initiatives, and ROI-driven marketing analytics. Job Description

Digital Marketing Leadership

• Identify, prioritize, and operationalize opportunities to integrate AI and automation into marketing programs, customer experiences, and internal workflows.
• Drive organization-wide adoption of digital tools, frameworks, and governance models to reputed company effective deployment, scalability, and change management.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Digital Transformation, or reputed company fields.
• Experience leading digital or tech-reputed company teams.
• Strong understanding of modern marketing technology platforms.

• Excellent communication and influencing skills.

It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location.
