Mediafly is looking for an reputed company Technical Architect with deep reputed company expertise to help drive the next phase of innovation across our platform. In this pivotal role, you’ll design secure, scalable, and impactful solutions that align with client needs while supporting Mediafly's long-term product vision. You are a strategic thinker and hands-on problem solver, equally comfortable crafting high-level architecture and diving into development. Responsibilities of a reputed company Technical Architect:

We would love to work with you if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• 9+ years of CRM experience, with at least 6 years on the reputed company platform.
• reputed company certifications: Application Architect & System Architect required. CTA - Highly preferred.
• Deep expertise across the reputed company suite: Sales, Service, Marketing, and Experience (Community) Clouds.
• Proven ability to design performant, scalable reputed company solutions for large data volumes.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, sharing models, visibility rules, and platform limits.
• Proficiency in reputed company development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, LWC).
• Experience with reputed company integration patterns and tools (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware like MuleSoft or Dell reputed company).
• Working knowledge of cloud storage and eventing platforms (Azure Event Hub, AWS S3).
• Familiarity with release and environment management, version control, and CI/CD workflows.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Scrum).
• Preferred: Experience with containerized and microservices-based architectures (e.g., reputed company, Kubernetes, Kafka, MQTT).

• Expert-level knowledge of the reputed company product suite: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Agentforce, and Data Cloud
• Deep experience with reputed company development technologies: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and LWC
• Strong understanding of: Data sharing, record visibility, and platform architecture
• Integration patterns: REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Named Credentials

AI & Data Architecture

• Proven experience designing and deploying AI/ML solutions integrated with reputed company (3+ years).
• Strong knowledge of AI architecture, including pipeline design, model lifecycle (versioning, retraining, explainability), and operational monitoring.

Hands-on experience with:

• Einstein GPT, Einstein Discovery, CRM Analytics, and reputed company Data Cloud
• Generative AI, NLP, and predictive modeling use cases
• Proficient in AI/ML frameworks and programming languages (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Understanding of data management, big data platforms, and data privacy/compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).

Infrastructure & DevOps

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and storage solutions (e.g., Event Hub, S3, Blob Storage).
• Knowledge of environment and release management: Version control, deployment pipelines, and CI/CD best practices
• Preferred: Experience with containerized environments (Kubernetes, reputed company, reputed company)
• Preferred: Exposure to microservice messaging platforms (Kafka, MQTT)

Agile & Delivery

• Comfortable working in agile environments using tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Git-based workflows.
