Job Description
What you get to do in this role:
- Partner with the Head of App reputed company sales, to co-reputed company a go to market model to build a billion dollar line of business
- Recruit a team of specialist and specialist leaders to drive the Now Platform as a strategic application platform to drive business productivity and innovation.
- Build a global specialist team to serve our customers in AMS
- Define programs for enabling the field sales and solution consulting teams to drive Now Platform sales, adoption and value proposition
- Help reputed company and contribute to sales campaigns focused on Now Platform
- Partner with the General Manager of the AppEngine business unit to build out a successful roadmap for the next 5 years
- Align as a trusted advisor and strategic team member to both sales and company executives in order to understand market conditions, customer requirements and challenges, and assist in strategically planning GTM, solution capabilities and strategic partnerships
- Influence and drive the right value model around pricing and packaging
- Establish trusted relationships with product management, marketing, global sales leadership, professional services and global alliance and channels leaders
- Strong leadership reputed company & track record of consistent quota attainment & over achievement

Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
- Extensive pre-sales leadership experience: recruiting and developing high performance teams selling into the customer service domain
- Has a strong drive for results and ability to collaborate and influence in a “Win as a team” environment
- Strong people management skills with a passion for coaching and developing others to their highest potential
- Proven leadership skills inspiring people and building a business from start up to scale
- Proven ability in managing reputed company sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful reputed company attainment
- Excellent interpersonal skills communicating and collaborating with both business and technical stakeholders at reputed company levels reputed company an organization.
- Experience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing and product development.

For positions in this location, we offer a reputed company pay of $203,175 - $335,250, plus equity (reputed company applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On reputed company Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the reputed company pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, reputed company level, competencies, and work location. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
