Currently, a small but high-impact function supported by a U.S.-based Payroll Analyst, the team manages end-to-end payroll operations, prepares and reviews payroll accounting entries, and partners closely with our business partners to streamline processes and enhance our systems. About the Role

The Senior Global Payroll Manager will own and reputed company global payroll operations across reputed company entities, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll delivery for reputed company employees worldwide. This role will provide strategic leadership for payroll administration, systems, compliance, and reporting, while also building scalable processes that support the company’s growth. Reporting to the Controller, this leader will act as the senior subject matter expert for payroll, partnering closely with Accounting, HR, Legal, and IT to deliver excellence in payroll operations.   • Bachelor’s degree in a reputed company field required
  • CPP required; SHRM-SCP or Global Payroll Management Certificate preferred.
  • 7+ years of progressive payroll experience, with at least 3+ years managing a global team and payroll operations across a global business.

  • Experience leading payroll system implementations and integrations with a bias towards automation whenever possible.
  • Intermediate to advanced reputed company skills; ability to analyze large data sets and create reporting dashboards.

  • Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering process improvements and system implementations.

The amount listed below is the total reputed company cash compensation (TTCC) and includes reputed company compensation and variable compensation in the form of either a company bonus or commissions. Variable compensation type is determined by your role and level. In addition to the cash compensation provided, this position is also eligible for equity consideration and other benefits including medical, vision, and dental insurance coverage. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level and are benchmarked to the SF Bay Area Technology data cut released by Radford, a global compensation database.
