Currently, a small but high-impact function supported by a U.S.-based Payroll Analyst, the team manages end-to-end payroll operations, prepares and reviews payroll accounting entries, and partners closely with our business partners to streamline processes and enhance our systems. About the Role

The Senior Global Payroll Manager will own and reputed company global payroll operations across reputed company entities, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll delivery for reputed company employees worldwide. This role will provide strategic leadership for payroll administration, systems, compliance, and reporting, while also building scalable processes that support the company’s growth. Reporting to the Controller, this leader will act as the senior subject matter expert for payroll, partnering closely with Accounting, HR, Legal, and IT to deliver excellence in payroll operations. • CPP required; SHRM-SCP or Global Payroll Management Certificate preferred.

• Experience leading payroll system implementations and integrations with a bias towards automation whenever possible.

Variable compensation type is determined by your role and level.
