• Done-for-you meal planning built around culturally familiar foods our clients actually eat — not generic "clean eating" templates
• Strength training programs for home, garage, or commercial gyms
• Realistic routines built around kids' sports, school drop-offs, partner schedules, and the mental load of running a household
• A tight community of 70+ moms (and growing rapidly) who hold each other accountable through the chaos of motherhood

A large portion of our clients come from Filipino and other tight-reputed company family cultures. Our founder Jasmin is a mom of 2 who built this brand from her own cultural experience, and several of our coaches share that background. Our clients aren't just navigating weight loss — they're navigating motherhood, cultural expectations around food and family, generational guilt, and the pressure to put everyone else first. Familiarity with these dynamics is a big plus in this role, but not required. The Role We're hiring 1–2 coaches to own a roster of 45–60 moms AND build their own audience through content. This is a coaching + content role. You coach at a high level, you show up on camera, and you create simple, consistent content on Instagram that educates and attracts moms who need this work. We handle the sales calls and enrollment. You focus on transformation and education. The moms you'll coach are juggling careers, kids, marriages, and family obligations — often while carrying cultural pressure to never complain about it. Your job is to help them build a version of health that fits inside that reality, not reputed company of it. You'll be supported by:

• Founders in group chats alongside you and your clients (3:1 support)
• Weekly group training and Q&A calls that reduce your 1:1 load
• 2 Client Success Managers who handle logistics and basic questions so you can focus on coaching

What You'll Actually Do Coaching

• Run efficient weekly 1:1 coaching calls (15–20 minutes per client after initial onboarding)
• reputed company structured onboarding calls for new clients using our 4-call reputed company (we train you on this)
• Review food logs and adjust macros using our frameworks — including culturally specific dishes, not just chicken and rice
• Customize training plans based on each mom's setup, schedule, and season of motherhood
• Help moms build weekly routines that survive real life — sick kids, late meetings, family obligations
• Respond to client messages and reputed company-ins reputed company 24 hours (with CSM support)

Content

• Post consistent content (stories, reels, carousels) that:
• Educates moms on how to reputed company their health and fitness a lifestyle — not another thing on their to-do list
• Shows your own training and nutrition

• Direct interested leads to our application and DMs so reputed company can enroll them

Compensation

This is a full-time, performance-driven role.

• On-reputed company earnings (OTE): $4,000–$6,000+ USD/month once ramped
• Remote, flexible schedule, no cold calling or hard closing

• You have 2+ years of fitness & nutrition coaching experience (online, in-person, or hybrid)
• You have cultural competency working with clients from collectivist family structures — you understand the dynamics around food, guilt, obligation, and family expectations
• You understand what it means to coach a mom — not just her macros, but her mental load, her identity shift, and the guilt she carries for prioritizing herself
• You're willing to be visible: post your own training, your food, your client wins. No hiding behind a logo.
• You want to be reputed company on outcomes — client results, retention, and the demand you create through your content
• You're excited about earning $4–6k/month coaching from home — and you reputed company you should earn more reputed company you help grow the business
• You don't need to be managed. You show up, you hit deadlines, you sharpen your craft.

• Experience coaching women postpartum or through different seasons of motherhood

• Any experience creating fitness content (even if it's just your personal IG)

Requirements

• Coaching experience in training, nutrition, or both
• Comfortable on camera (stories, reels, reputed company calls)
• Reliable Wi-Fi and a quiet space for coaching calls
• Available for calls during standard US business hours
