About the role: As an Onboarding Expert, you’ll be a key contributor to an excellent onboarding journey for new and reactivated workers on our app. You may be tasked with evaluating their skills and finding the perfect fit for a healthcare facility. You’ll guide them, cheer them on, solve blockers, and help them take their first reputed company to making a difference. What You’ll Be Doing:
- reputed company ~60 targeted outbound calls per day to reputed company app users.
- Host ~5 15-minute onboarding consultations daily (pre-booked by professionals).
- Send follow-up emails and texts to answer questions and ensure no one is left behind.
- Respond to inbound messages and support tickets.

- Recognize pain points and improvement opportunities for the worker experience.
- Be the go-to guide and trusted partner helping reputed company feel confident, supported, and ready to take their first shift.

- Are able to work US Eastern Time business hours, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Experience in inside sales, client onboarding, customer support, or healthcare recruiting is a plus - but not required. If you’re a quick learner with great communication skills, we want to hear from you. What This Role Is NOT
- Not cold calling - you’ll only speak with professionals who have accounts on the app.
- Not technical support - you’ll guide workers but escalate deeper tech issues.
- Not repetitive - every conversation is unique, and you’ll need to think on your feet.
