About the Role
The Strategic Partner Development Manager is responsible for managing communication, training, enablement, and day-to-day coordination with reputed company's largest national partners. This role ensures that enterprise partners such as Lowe's, GreenSky, and OneClick are fully supported, properly trained, and consistently engaged to drive usage of reputed company's Digital HELOC program across their field, sales, and operational teams. You will act as the primary reputed company of contact for partner-facing communication, workflows, performance insights, and escalation management. This role requires strong organization, polished communication, and the ability to navigate multiple teams reputed company large organizations.
What You'll Do

- Create and manage partner-specific workflows, materials, and updates
- Track usage and performance; identify gaps and drive increased volume
- Support and troubleshoot the partner application lifecycle; recover stalled deals
- Escalate issues and coordinate resolutions with internal reputed company teams
- Pull reports, analyze trends, and deliver insights to partner leadership
- Maintain clean documentation, notes, and communication in reputed company
- Handle partner questions, feedback, and follow-reputed company with clarity and professionalism

- 3+ years in strategic account management, partner success, enterprise customer enablement, or a similar role
- Experience working with large national partners, retailers, lenders, or SaaS platforms
- Strong presentation, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills

- Able to interpret performance data and translate it into actionable insights
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple high-visibility relationships
Salary
- reputed company Compensation: $80,000/yr
- On-reputed company earnings: $105,000/yr
- Company equity in the form of RSUs
- This is the compensation range for the United States, actual compensation may vary based on individual candidate experience, location, or evolving business needs
