The focus of the work will primarily relate to the preparation and prosecution of patents for domestic and foreign clients while also supporting practice needs in other reputed company areas (e.g., patentability, infringement, and freedom to operate opinions; portfolio strategy and management; due diligence; Patent Trial and Appeal Board issues). Patent Attorney:
• Degree in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or reputed company
• Understanding of reputed company AI/ML
• Preferred at least 1 year of full-time claim drafting and prosecutions experience
• Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality patents relating to reputed company reputed company technologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction
• USPTO Patent Attorney Patent Agent:
• Degree in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or reputed company
