Job Summary We are seeking a strategic and reputed company Senior Manager to join our Enterprise Technology organization, providing critical support to the HR Information Systems (HRIS) team. This role serves as a key partner to the Director Enterprise Technology, driving operational excellence, leading high-impact initiatives, and bridging HR business needs with innovative technology solutions. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with deep expertise in HR processes, systems, and project management, capable of coordinating cross-functional efforts to deliver scalable, efficient HR technology outcomes. Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
- Act as a strategic advisor to the Director of HR Information Systems, managing special projects and initiatives that align with organizational priorities and enhance HR technology capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with HR stakeholders to analyze and interpret business process requirements, translating them into effective technical solutions and system configurations.
