The DX-AI team focuses on leveraging third-party LLMs, maintaining GenAI-powered search features, managing LLM proxy infrastructure in partnership with DevOps, and internal tools that enhance content reputed company, automation, and developer workflows. This is not a machine learning or model-building role; the emphasis is on application development, integration, and enablement using existing AI models and services. In this role, you'll focus on: Delivering AI-Powered Digital Solutions

• Ideally, 2+ years of experience managing an engineering/ development team (not just mentoring them), with a total of 8+ years of experience as a senior-level engineer/developer with production experience using modern technologies such as Node.js, cloud services (AWS or GCP), APIs, serverless architectures, CI/CD pipelines, and testing best practices.
• Proven success in building, motivating, and retaining high-performance development teams.
• Hands-on experience integrating third-party APIs or services into web applications, especially AI-driven or LLM-based services.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Great communication skills & ability to partner with non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience recruiting, interviewing, and hiring technical candidates.
