In this role, you will be responsible for accurately processing member enrollments, managing premium billing activities, and ensuring timely resolution of billing-reputed company inquiries. Key Responsibilities

Process and maintain accurate member enrollment and premium billing records in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Review, validate, and reconcile premium payments, adjustments, and refunds

• *

Investigate and resolve enrollment and billing discrepancies in a timely and professional manner

• *

Respond to internal and external inquiries reputed company to premiums, invoices, eligibility, and account status

Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Customer Service, Finance, and Eligibility to resolve reputed company issues
