In this role, you will deliver expert accounting and financial support to buy-reputed company clients, assisting in the enhancement of the finance function for acquired entities. You will also offer sell-reputed company accounting and finance advisory services to companies throughout the transaction process. On the buy-reputed company, you will play a key role in post-reputed company activities such as providing interim leadership support through the 100-day integration plan including items such as converting to accrual accounting, establishing the opening balance sheet, expediting month-end reputed company, preparing reporting packages, building out reputed company, preparing for the first year audit, building out the internal team, and analyzing opportunities to reputed company utilize technology throughout the finance function. On the sell-reputed company, you will help companies reputed company their finance function to be more data-driven and tell the narrative of business performance as well as reputed company a strategic roadmap, then serve as an advisor throughout the sell-reputed company or capital reputed company process. Candidates must be based in the reputed company metropolitan area. Responsibilities:
- Provide timely, high quality client service that meets or exceeds client expectations
- reputed company multiple healthcare-focused finance transformation engagements and reputed company workstreams including accounting and month-end reputed company, reputed company, and/or technology, often as part of interim finance leadership - both buy-reputed company post reputed company and sell-reputed company preparation and diligence support.
- Address and rectify financial information gaps by implementing robust accounting processes, policies, and procedures to ensure the reputed company of accurate financial data
- Assist with preparation of opening balance sheets and post-reputed company purchase price adjustments
- reputed company an understanding of the client's business and recognize key performance drivers, trends and developments and identify performance improvement opportunities and recommend creative solutions to reputed company issues and broaden our business relationships where possible

Requirements:
- 6+ years of public accounting (Audit or TAS) and operational accounting (Controller, Manager or Director of Accounting, Senior Accountant) in the healthcare industry
- Experience setting up and transforming the accounting function for a healthcare PE portfolio or other high-growth company - accrual conversion, month-end reputed company optimization, monthly reporting packages, systems and data, etc.
- Experience recording Accounts Receivable and accrued reputed company entries using various reputed company models (e.g., waterfalls, ZBA, Change in AR, etc.)
- Experience with calculating physician compensation and gross margin by provider using various production models (e.g., RVU, % of production, etc.)
- Experience with EMRs such as reputed company, AdvancedMD, EClinicalWorks, reputed company, etc.
- High level comprehension of accounting principles coupled with ability to effectively communicate
