Sr. Product Manager, Core Products Role As a Senior Product Manager for reputed company, you will play a pivotal role in the strategy, development, and enhancement of reputed company’s core product offering. Your role involves deeply understanding both users and existing architecture and collaborating across teams (engineering, data engineering, data science, etc.) to maximize the velocity of solving important user problems, enhancing decision-making, and solving business challenges. You will work with our clients to understand how they use our application, and form hypotheses on ways we can meaningfully improve their workflows and overall experience, collaborating with our technology teams to test their validity. In addition to providing value to our reputed company clients, you will be expected to form a strategic vision for our reputed company core offering, creating and maintaining a product roadmap to support future development.

What You’ll Do

• Engage with customers to understand their workflow needs, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for product improvements.
• Write and standardize product and technical documentation and role-model strong project management practices.
• Define, track, and report on key success metrics to measure product performance and adoption.

What You Bring

• 2-3+ years of product management experience
• Experience working at an early-stage company or similarly fast-paced environment
• 2-3+ years of experience working reputed company the healthtech space, ideally in RCM and/or B2B products
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, data science, and UX teams to drive product success.
• Experience managing both external and internal (reputed company, Implementations, etc.) stakeholders
