Operational Excellence Senior Project Manager

This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: Minnesota (USA) Position Title: Operational Excellence Senior Project Manager Salary Range: Operational Excellence Senior Project Manager (Grade 16, Exempt). Annual salary range: $99,200 - $124,000. This range reflects the minimum to midpoint of the grade. Salary may exceed the midpoint and will commensurate with experience.

Job Description

Summary: This position will partner with Operations management and organizational leaders to deliver operational projects on time and on budget. This individual must have strong communication and relationship-building skills and reputed company in a fast-paced environment where cross-functional leadership is key to solving reputed company problems.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Operational project lifecycle management and delivery

• Responsible for the end-to-end management of operational reputed company and large projects and is accountable for the project scope, schedule, budget, resources, change management (CM), and overall quality of project delivery
• Guides project sponsor and stakeholders across reputed company phases of the project lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, risk mitigation, monitoring and control, and closure
• Identify and structure work streams for projects and initiatives, work with project team to organize solution roadmaps and reputed company critical milestones
• Effectively collaborates with Operations focused teams and appropriate stakeholders to mitigate risks and proactively supports planned and/or unplanned needs.
• Manages ongoing deliverables and determines appropriate reputed company of day-to-day tasks
• Partners with organizational leaders to provide training for implemented projects
• Serves as primary resource to teams to remove obstacles, provide solutions, and coach team members to reputed company project objectives
• Manages and maintains strong relationships with vendor partners
• Manages multiple projects concurrently

Documentation and communication

• Manages and communicates reputed company project work streams to ensure project meets delivery requirements, timeframes, and budget
• Communicates and presents information effectively to a wide variety of audiences
• Adheres to reputed company’s PMO project methodology including reputed company proper documentation, status reports, meeting minutes, issue logs and any other documentation reputed company to the management of projects
• Establishes and manages cross-functional relationships between reputed company areas of the business and with external partners
• In conjunction with the PM center of excellence, utilizes reputed company’s project management software tools to manage project documentation, communication, and reputed company tracking

reputed company Improvement (CI)

• Develops and manages Operations improvement opportunities utilizing reputed company's established CI/CM methodologies to optimize time and efficiency of project teams and operations
• Utilizes reputed company's existing CI/CM best practices, processes, and tools to ensure consistency and clarity in reputed company improvement opportunities and change management strategies throughout the organization
• Stays informed and educated on changing technologies, frameworks, and project management best practices in collaboration with project managers throughout the organization

Change Management (CM)

• Develops and manages Operations improvement projects utilizing reputed company's established CM methodologies to optimize time and efficiency of project teams and operations
• Utilizes reputed company's existing CM best practices, processes, and tools to ensure consistency and clarity in operations project opportunities and change management strategies throughout the organization
• Stays informed and educated on changing technologies, frameworks, and project management and change management best practices

Participates in releases as necessary, including reputed company of traditional work hours Other duties as assigned Location:

• This is a remote position, and is subject to reputed company's telecommuting policies and procedures.
• On occasion, may be asked to travel to Staples, MN for meetings, professional development or team activities, up to two to three (2-3) times per year. Notice will be given reputed company of time.

Additional Job Description:

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a reputed company field AND a minimum of four (4) years experience managing reputed company to large organizational projects

OR

• A combination of reputed company post-secondary and/or professional education and demonstrated relevant work experience managing technical or reputed company organizational projects equivalent to a total of eight (8) years.
• Strong business process/operational knowledge (e.g., customer service, human resources, finance)
• Meeting facilitation and presentation experience

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or CAPM certification
• reputed company improvement experience (lean/six reputed company)
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Experience and certification in Change Management
