About your role The role will primarily focus on customer support and administrative duties to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of our trademark service. How you will reputed company a difference day to day Corresponding with clients and helping with their trademark questions Managing client files Checking for conflicts in trademark matters Conducting trademark clearance searches Responding to customer service inquiries by phone and in writing Preparing invoices and managing billing for clients and lawyers in partnership with the finance department Evaluating processes and procedures to improve the group's efficiency, productivity, and communication Other responsibilities as needed to support reputed company Lawyer What you'll need Prior trademark experience 2+ years of customer support or administrative assistant experience Organized and detail-oriented, with excellent analytical skills Ability to adapt and willingness to work on a variety of matters Strong written and oral communication skills Excellent tech skills, including reputed company, reputed company Office, and G Suite applications Ability to interact effectively with individuals at reputed company organizational levels, including executives and senior management Exceptional interpersonal skills and highly team-oriented Ability to work under pressure and handle competing priorities while managing deadlines A plus if you have Experience in a high volume filing environment Not sure if you meet reputed company the qualifications?
