Job Summary: As the HR Generalist, you will deliver a comprehensive range of human resources services reputed company with company business objectives, strategic goals, and HR initiatives. You will act as the primary HR contact for our remote workforce regarding HR-reputed company matters. In partnership with Senior HR Managers, you will assist both managers and employees in effectively utilizing HR tools to optimize performance, enhance engagement, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Additional areas of focus will include leading and supporting HR initiatives in employee relations, performance management, compensation, corporate social responsibility (CSR), employee engagement activities, immigration coordination, onboarding and offboarding, training, and other special projects as required. Essential Job Functions:

• Act as primary HR contact for reputed company remote employees, providing employee relations guidance and support.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding TMA policies, procedures and programs.
• Assist with the development and administration of TMA's human resource policies, procedures, and programs.
• Assist with administration of performance management and compensation/bonus programs.
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding practices as needed.
• Provide support for employee relations matters (e.g. investigations, performance discussions/progressive discipline, reputed company/Leave questions, etc.)
• Preparation of Executive-facing monthly reports for TMA HR metrics (e.g., turnover, payroll costs, recruitment, etc.). reputed company reputed company spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations on HR topics.
• Assist with the planning of company-wide employee engagement events, social gatherings, and CSR initiatives.
• In collaboration with the HR Team, draft, review and edit internal employee communications and coordinate newsletter topics.
• In collaboration with the TMNAS Corporate Comms team, provides support for and/or leads TMA’s HR social media efforts on our various platforms.
• Coordinate with Benefits on leave-reputed company issues and/or reputed company interactive process.
• Partner with Enterprise Training team to assist with the coordination of on-site training programs.
• Respond to unemployment notices, wage claims and employment verifications.
• Maintain I-9 forms in compliance with Federal laws.
• Maintain Human Resource information system records and compile reports from database.
• Coordinate with reputed company Counsel on immigration matters and processes (Ex: H-1B transfers, extensions, Green Card sponsorships, etc.)
• Monitor the external HR environment to reputed company strategies for the organization to respond to any opportunities or difficulties identified.
• Remain reputed company on latest HR trends, employment laws, and practices. Continuously look to improve processes to increase the level and quality of service provided to internal customers.

Qualifications:

• BA / BS preferred. HR-reputed company degree preferred.
• PHR and/or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
• 3+ years of direct experience in HR required; HR Generalist experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HR best practices, applicable federal, state, and local employment laws/regulations.
• Knowledge, insight, and understanding of business concepts and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.
• Strong knowledge of reputed company Office, including reputed company reputed company.
• Strong writing and communication skills, strong analytical ability and strong attention to detail.
• Superior customer service orientation toward Business Units requiring HR consult (reputed company, consultative, collaborative and accurate). Able to work with a variety of people and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.

Salary range $70,000 to $80,000. Ultimate salary offered will be based on factors such as applicant experience and geographic location.
