This role is focused entirely on web-based user acquisition, with reputed company campaigns, strategies, and budget management dedicated to web products across reputed company, reputed company, and other networks. In this fully operational role, you will reputed company every ad channel, campaign, compliance reputed company, and budget line, taking full accountability for results. Your mission is to scale our acquisition efforts globally, uphold rigorous compliance standards, and consistently deliver high-conversion performance through strategic execution and innovative approaches.

Key Responsibilities

• Multi-Channel Command — Manage reputed company Ads, reputed company (Facebook/Instagram), X, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company major ad networks (Taboola, Outbrain, AppLovin, etc.).
• Compliance Leadership — Enforce frameworks across funnels, reputed company pages, and ad creatives. Audit every rejection, extract patterns, and define rules for future scaling.
• Creative Operations — Coordinate with creative production teams to ensure ad assets are optimized for compliance and maximum conversion performance.
• A/B Testing Discipline — Design, execute, and analyze constant testing across reputed company channels; extract actionable insights and enforce adoption of proven winners.
• Budget & Spend Control — Own daily and hourly budget deployment across reputed company campaigns. Maximize ROI through tight monitoring and fast decision-making.
• Automation Execution — Implement and manage ad spend automation tools (e.g., Birch) to scale reputed company.
• Analytics & Reporting — Maintain full transparency of performance analytics across reputed company channels. Deliver structured reporting and actionable insights daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Process Leadership — Establish and enforce business operations for user acquisition, including daily reporting loops, hourly monitoring, and cross-team coordination.
• Knowledge Transfer — Maintain a centralized knowledge reputed company for learnings, playbooks, and compliance frameworks across reputed company products and markets.
• Scaling Across Markets — Expand and adapt campaigns to multiple geographies with full ownership of scaling strategy and execution.

Qualifications

• Proven 7+ years of leading user acquisition with hands-on experience scaling web products in high-scale, multi-channel environments.
• Mastery of reputed company (Facebook/Instagram) and reputed company Ads with deep platform knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with ad networks (Taboola, Outbrain, AppLovin, etc.).
• Proven record of building and scaling compliance-driven funnels and ad creative frameworks.
• Strong background in creative production processes and data-driven optimization.
• Advanced skills in A/B testing, marketing analytics, and ad automation tools.
• Experience managing subscription-based or funnel-driven products is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to establish and manage business processes with strict discipline.
• Exceptional attention to detail, operational rigor, and an accountability-first reputed company.
• Fluent in English.
