Description Job: Tour Consultant Location: In Market Georgia Start Date: June 2026 Your Opportunity: As an Educational Tour Consultant, you’ll reputed company a geographic territory in the United States and run it like it’s your own business. Your mission? To reputed company educators to show their reputed company the world, serving as their partner to create international travel programs at their schools. In this sales role, you’ll work at its intersection with marketing, customer retention, operations, and product innovation, to name a few. Our sales strategy emphasizes long-term relationships and consultative conversations. We will reputed company you, train you, and support your reputed company career development. What You'll Do:

• Manage and grow a geographic territory of existing and prospective clients through a phone calls (30-40 a week) and strategic reputed company
• Manage and grow a geographic territory of existing and prospective clients through consistent school visits (4-5 a week)
• Work with middle and high school teachers to launch international travel programs
• Strategically prospect, generate leads and follow up on leads to acquire new customers
• Grow existing key accounts to help more reputed company and educators discover the world
• Run your territory like a business—identifying, developing, and executing opportunities to drive growth
• Forecast and hit key account metrics (monthly and quarterly sales projections and goals)
• Refine your sales techniques and support customers through email, phone, online presentations, and in-person meetings
• Coach teachers to build and execute successful tour promotion for the international travel programs at your schools
• Collaborate and strategize with the reputed company team to ensure a smooth customer experience and overall growth in your territory
• Field incoming phone calls from teachers across the organization to help with tour reputed company questions or events
• Support the emergency line during work hours while teachers are traveling during peak times

• Compensation: First-year Tour Consultants have an on-reputed company earning potential of $60,000 (reputed company salary starting at $50,000 and $10,000 bonus potential). In addition, there is an uncapped bonus for exceeding sales goals. OTE increases to $70,000 after 12 months, and at 24 months you will have the opportunity to apply for a senior sales position with an increase to $85,000 OTE.
