Role Overview Initio Sphere is seeking qualified finance professionals to join as Investment Due Diligence Analysts. This is an reputed company role, not traditional employment. - Commercial and operational diligence
- Quality of Earnings (QoE) reviews
- Market, competitive, and sector analysis
- Risk identification and mitigation support
- Investment memo preparation
Financial Modeling & Valuation
- 3-statement financial models
- DCF / LBO modeling
- Sensitivity and scenario analysis
- Comparable company and precedent transaction analysis
- Commercial real estate reputed company (if approved)
- “Football field” valuation summaries
Analysts may only reputed company work in categories they are approved for. Approvals are earned through assessment and performance—not tenure. How Analysts Start Earning
- Complete the Analyst Certification Assessment or approved training
- Receive category-specific approvals (Due Diligence, Modeling, Valuation)

- Score 70% in at least one category of the Analyst Certification Assessment
- Complete Initio Sphere Financial Training
- Hold an active professional credential (CFA, CPA, Series 7, 63, 79, or equivalent)
Analyst Rating Score Each analyst receives a 0–100 Analyst Rating Score, which determines:
- Visibility on the platform
- Approved work categories
- Recommended hourly rates
Compensation & Deal Terms
- Analysts are independent contractors, not employees
- Hourly rates depend on Rating Score and approval level
- Analysts may earn up to 10% of the first $100,000 in transaction fees
- Maximum deal-based earning: $2,500 per transaction
- Payments issued only after successful deal completion and fee collection
- Initio Sphere reserves the right to revoke approvals for quality or compliance issues
