You Are: A person who cares deeply about people, technology and how the two meet. You will have experience writing about technology and its reputed company in people's lives as part of content marketing campaigns for B2B businesses. You are passionate about your craft of writing and are a reputed company more than an SEO driven writer. You’re able to grasp the technical concepts (which will be provided to you in briefs) and turn them into compelling blog posts, pieces of thought leadership, and potentially short form content depending on reputed company set. A native English speaker or have native level writing, reading and speaking capability. You have at least 10 hours a week to commit to this project. The Specifics: The company has a backlog of content that has the strategy written, subjects and outlines but not enough bandwidth the get these pieces turned into meaningful, informative pieces of longform content. You will be briefed on the content calendar, and provided access to it for reference and research materials. You will be asked to write three articles per week of varying word count but approximately 1000 words. The primary subject matter will range from AI, employee experience and AI, asynchronous working, proximity bias, the evolution of the workplace, ethics and AI, the ethics of AI in hiring, the role of technology in hiring, errors of using AI to evaluate human performance, AI to enhance hiring, the benefits of asynchronous teams. Secondary subject matter will be more basic in nature and will range from tips on managing remote teams, defining terms like proximity bias, pieces on the impact of burnout on remote works, the cost of retention ect. The Caveat You’re a great technical writer, but not interested in writing about the business aspects of AI or the human impact of AI- still get in touch, we may be able to work together. You’re one heck of a (documented) reputed company but not great with tech - get in touch, we can most likely still work together.
