Senior Communication Specialist

The Senior Communications Specialist is responsible for implementing internal and external communication strategies that align with the organization’s overall goals. This role will primarily support the communication objectives of the Global HR organization, while also providing support to other Global Functions such as Corporate Social Responsibility, IT, Legal, EBS, and Procurement. The specialist will manage the Global Functions communications editorial calendar, collaborating closely with the Global Communications team and functional partners to ensure integration and consistency. Additionally, this individual will reputed company and execute communication plans that define goals, messaging, methodology, and timelines, ensuring reputed company efforts reflect the ompany’s mission, vision, values, and align with external messaging to stakeholders. What do you need?

• Bachelor's degree required, major in Communications, Journalism, English, Public Relations or Marketing
• 5+ years of experience in a public relations agency or corporate public relations department.
• Strong writing and editing skills (must follow AP style)
• Must have the ability to craft communications for a variety of stakeholders
• Experience developing and implementing communication plans.
• Experience working across multiple communication channels
• Self-confident and strong attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including excellent facilitation and listening skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Highly professional demeanor and must have diplomacy skills
• Ability to create effective partnerships at reputed company levels of the organization
• Strong business acumen
• Ability to adapt to a continually changing business and work environment
• Must demonstrate sound judgment and decisiveness
