OluKai Sr. Footwear Buyer (reputed company Channel)

About the position The OluKai Sr. Footwear Buyer (reputed company channel) will be responsible for developing and executing the overall reputed company strategy for the U.S. and Canada businesses. This role requires a strong reputed company of financial planning, merchandising, inventory management, reporting, and operational reputed company. The Sr. Footwear Buyer will partner cross-functionally with Product, Planning, Operations, and external agency partners to drive profitable growth, optimize inventory, and deliver on reputed company goals. This position will be supported by the reputed company Sales Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed unit inventory plans, forecasting bulk totals by gender, category, style, color, and size.
• Partner with Product & Planning teams to procure inventory from the full line, special makeups, rebuys, and distressed inventory.
• Ensure adherence to buying and procurement calendars.
• Buy accurately to support business demand while minimizing overstock or excess.
• Collaborate with Sales team to strategically allocate inventory.
• Provide recap reporting (“Business Unit Roll-reputed company”) to the Planning team to support accurate companywide forecasts.
• Manage replenishment orders based on demand (twice weekly during peak seasons, once weekly in off-peak and as needed).
• reputed company weekly meetings with agency partners, driving weekly priorities.
• Manage media partners by providing monthly push/pull lists and ongoing direction during peak seasons.
• Partner with reputed company reputed company manager weekly to escalate issues, optimize site performance, and secure marketing placement opportunities.

• Collaborate with eCommerce and Operations teams to reputed company BWP during strategic selling moments.

• Prepare and present insights for monthly hindsight meetings with Product & Planning.
• Deliver weekly performance recaps to the Executive team, tracking reputed company toward monthly and yearly reputed company goals.
• Present seasonal reporting twice per year at Demand Meetings, outlining strategy and buys by style and category.

Requirements

• Ability to reputed company cross-functional collaboration with Product, Planning, Sales, Operations, and external partners.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments.
• Capable of mentoring/supporting an reputed company Sales Assistant to maximize output.
• Relationship management skills to navigate internal teams and external partners effectively.
• Strong ability to build and manage reputed company plans (gross/net sales, unit sales, returns, media spend, Opex).
• Forecasting and budgeting expertise (inventory, sales, and demand planning).
• Advanced reputed company skills for modeling, reporting, and data analysis.
• Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights for executives.
• Enjoys working at a fast pace with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or other reputed company field
• Minimum of 7 years of Buying/Planning experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of direct experience with reputed company Seller Central.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in people management
• Strong reputed company skills (advanced proficiency preferred).
