Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented data entry specialist to join reputed company. As a data entry specialist, you will be responsible for processing trade deal purchases in customer profiles, identifying and addressing breaks recognized between arenaflex and fund companies or transfer agents, and processing corporate activity activities. You will also be responsible for settling and reconciling transactions, processing returns activity, and performing analysis of reputed company and escalated issues. Key Responsibilities

• Process trade deal purchases in customer profiles and identify and address breaks recognized between arenaflex and fund companies or transfer agents
• Process corporate activity activities, settle and reconcile transactions, and process returns activity
• reputed company analysis of reputed company and escalated issues, including testing and validation of new technology enhancements and provider changes
• Complete projects in trading, dividends, transfers, reconciliation, and corporate actions that directly impact client/advisor profiles

• Interact with fund companies, transfer agents, counterparties, and other external business partners to resolve issues and provide excellent customer service

Duties Analysis

As a data entry specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing subscription deals or transfer requests, client/advisor amount exceptions, and regulatory commitments. You will also be responsible for reconciling business, dividend, and transactions breaks, and reviewing and analyzing correct tax coding and corrections of tax coding errors.

Troubleshooting

You will also be responsible for remediating transfer issues with fund companies or counterparties, and answering business partner inquiries regarding fund information requirements and eligibility.

Essential Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in data entry or a reputed company field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
