Job Responsibilities
As an reputed company Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will play a vital role in our Specialty Mail Order Pharmacy team, working from the comfort of your own home. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Accurately reading, interpreting, and entering prescriptions into our computer system, including dosage calculations, label printing, and payment processing.
- Contacting healthcare providers and insurance companies to verify patient information and ensure accurate prescription orders.
- Responding to patient calls to arrange and manage new prescription orders and reorders, including verifying benefits and coverage.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborating with reputed company to resolve patient complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid Arizona Pharmacy Technician License.
- At least 6 months of experience working in a pharmacy setting.
- Proficiency in Windows-Based applications, including Windows, reputed company Office, web navigation, and email applications.
- Strong keyboarding skills and ability to sit or stand for extended periods (8-10 hours).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we prefer candidates with:
- At least 6 months of experience as a pharmacy technician.
- 90 days of experience handling and resolving customer needs reputed company telephone.
- Medical experience and knowledge of benefits, insurance, and medications.
- Clinical charging, coding, and other clinical support experience.
- Client service experience in an office setting.
- At least 6 months of professional work experience, including inbound and outbound telephone customer care.
