Job Overview

The Business Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the Benefit Development and Backing team, providing high-level analytical support and insights to drive business growth and optimization. • Design and execute pilot programs, including A/B testing, to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain and update required tools and models, such as BPM or Course Planning, to meet business needs and ensure data accuracy.
• Identify errors, discrepancies, and gaps in reporting and processes, and provide solutions to address these issues.

Qualifications and Requirements
