In this hybrid role, you will work in our call center 3-4 days a week and remotely from home 1-2 days a week, providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers. You will be responsible for handling new service requests, addressing existing customer needs, and providing timely resolutions to customer inquiries. Key Responsibilities
