About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at our onsite location in Shreveport, Louisiana. As a key contributor to our customer service team, you will be responsible for fielding customer inquiries, finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns, and providing exceptional client experiences. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to address their questions and/or concerns
  • Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
  • Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
  • Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
  • Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Providing feedback on call issues to help improve our services
  • Upselling products or services when required

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • IT/Network certifications or degrees are preferred
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Proven call center experience is an asset
  • Typing speed of 25 WPM
  • Proficient in PC operation and navigation
  • Entry-level network troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to set up home Wi-Fi network
  • Ability to set up and configure a router or switch
  • Core proficiency with a laptop or desktop computer
  • Able to work independently
  • Excellent communications skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stay composed and objective
  • Active listening skills
