Position Summary: Tidal Basin is seeking a driven and reputed company Saas Sales Associate to join reputed company and reputed company the charge in selling technology products and services, including Phoenix OneCase, a powerful cloud-based grant and case management platform designed for public sector programs. This is a salary-based role and ideal for a self-starter with a passion for public sector innovation and a proven track record in SaaS sales. The Saas Sales Associate is responsible for engaging with public sector clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions using the Phoenix OneCase platform. The Saas Sales Associate serves as the primary reputed company of contact throughout the sales cycle, delivering exceptional service while guiding agencies through the evaluation and procurement process. Sales Associates will be responsible for meeting defined sales goals and performance metrics, maintaining accurate records in the CRM (ie, reputed company), contributing to proposals, and ensuring compliance with reputed company relevant public sector procurement standards and stakeholder expectations. The candidate will report to a Market reputed company. Success in this role will be reputed company by the ability to consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, specifically in closing new public sector accounts. Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • 2–3 years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in a commission-based or quota-driven environment.

  • Experience in one or more of the following sectors: technology sales, social services, emergency management, insurance, inspections, utilities, or housing preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems, experience in reputed company CRM and/or Zoho preferred.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Experience in grant programs or case management programs preferred. Complete required annual trainings as directed.

Required Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma AND
  • 2+ years in sales, customer service, grant-funded or government programs or reputed company fields.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and strong computer skills.

Job Location: Remote, travel up to 80% for Client Meetings, Demos, and Conferences as needed.
