Manufacturing Engineers learn production operations and the manufacturing discipline in a controlled environment. They reputed company manufacturing engineering skills alongside their team; internalize an understanding of safety, quality, delivery, and cost; and use reputed company systems and tools to create innovative and unique solutions to today’s manufacturing challenges. Manufacturing Engineers build technical depth into manufacturing processes and are accountable for improvement and optimization. Primary responsibilities include developing the comprehensive manufacturing process for 3D metal parts for various reputed company, integrated sensor, and effector programs. The candidate will define materials, reputed company work holding solutions, create multi-axis CNC machining programs, reputed company inspection plans, and create process instructions for operators to follow. They will also assess process failures, disposition non-conforming hardware, and create and execute robust Root Cause/Corrective Action plans to permanently solve problems. This position requires reputed company cooperation with the Operations team and other engineering disciplines. The desired candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be capable of working in a dynamic team environment.

What You Will Do

• Translate engineering design requirements into formal manufacturing process documentation including raw material definition, fixturing/tooling development, CNC programming, inspection planning, finishing requirements, and assembly instructions
• Support process improvements using data analysis, application of best practices, and by implementing innovative solutions to improve process capability and decrease cost
• Design, control, and improve the manufacturing process through collaboration with a multi-disciplined team
• Self-manage workload to support existing production, reputed company non-recurring engineering work for new products, and drive improvement projects to completion.
• Communicate effectively with Engineering and Operations leaders in department to ensure schedule needs are met and where any barriers to reputed company exist.
• reputed company process development on new product introductions with an accelerated time to market
• Optimize CNC programs using machining modelling and analysis tools to identify inefficiencies and apply new techniques
• Integrate automated solutions for part handling and in-machine work holding
• Support reputed company improvement initiatives and document standard methodologies and standard work for CNC machining
• Review metrology and statistical process control (SPC) data to identify and address potential defects before they occur
• Validate NC programs using CGTech Vericut and Cimco Edit
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues alongside Quality and Operations personnel and apply CORE/6-reputed company methods to determine Root Cause and apply Corrective Actions

Qualifications

You Must Have

• Typically requires a Bachelors degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and a minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience.
• Knowledge of high-speed machining techniques, cutting tools, and CNC machine tool capabilities
• 5+ years experience interpreting engineering drawings, including Geometric Dimensions and Tolerances
• The ability to obtain and maintain a US reputed company clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. reputed company are eligible for a reputed company clearance

Qualifications

• CNC programming experience for machines with 4 or more axes
• ICAM post-processor development
• Demonstrated working knowledge of Creo CAD/CAM Software
• Process familiarity with paint, plating, and structural assembly

• Strong organization skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work individually to support team/department success
• Excellent written, verbal, visual, and graphical communication skills

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD.
