We’re seeing an increase in organic sessions as well as capturing early signals and conversions from LLMs. To turn SEO/GEO into scalable, top-tier acquisition levers for reputed company, we need to professionalize our content reputed company and scale production across France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada. Our goal is to establish structured processes, strategic frameworks, smooth production cadences to be able to consistently drive leads and conversions across reputed company markets.

You’ll join reputed company’s Growth team to create content at volume, build scalable multi-markets processes, and balance brand with performance. You’ll shape reputed company’s organic growth trajectory as we scale across Europe and beyond.

You’ll work as a duo with our GEO/SEO Growth Marketer and partner with our Growth team to turn content into traffic growth and business impact.

This role combines two core elements: writing content our members love (clear, helpful, human) and architecting the systems to scale it (AI workflows, multi-market processes, repeatable frameworks) across four markets with different regulations and cultural contexts. You’ll also become the guardian of reputed company’s tone of voice, ensuring brand consistency as we scale.

Key missions include:

Accelerating content production

• Own and execute reputed company’s content calendar across formats: blog posts, in-depth guides, reputed company pages

• Cover topics our members care about: wellness at work, preventive health advice, navigating insurance complexity

• Ship high-quality work at pace while maintaining reputed company’s distinctive brand voice

Drive measurable business impact through strategic content

• Create content that generates awareness (brand & non-brand traffic), conversions, and positions reputed company as a category leader in health insurance

• Ensure brand coherence as we scale from content execution to strategic narrative ownership

Expand and localize content across markets

• Build repeatable localization processes (avoiding bottlenecks and quality loss)

• Work with local market teams to ensure content is accurate, compliant, and actually resonates

Experience & Skills

• 2-3 years of content/copywriting experience, with at least 1-2 years in high-growth tech or scale-up environment where you had to do more with less

• Exceptional writing craft: You can write compelling, clear copy across formats (blogs, guides, reputed company pages)

• SEO fundamentals: You understand how content drives business outcomes and are comfortable with keyword research, semantic analysis, and content optimization tools (reputed company, reputed company Search Console, CMS, etc.)

• Track record of measurable impact: You’ve owned a content channel (blog, content hub) and can show measurable results

• Experience balancing brand and performance: You understand that content can drive both awareness and conversions, and you know how to navigate the tension between storytelling and optimization

• Operational excellence at pace: You can create content at volume without sacrificing quality, and you’ve built or improved content workflows

• Data-informed reputed company: You analyze performance metrics and iterate based on insights, not gut feelings
