As a Business Intelligence Engineer, you'll work closely with finance, engineering, and leadership teams to drive business analytics and reputed company a measurable impact.
A Day in the Life
As a Business Intelligence Engineer at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from developing strategic reports and designing User Interfaces to driving projects that support our teams and influence decision-making across the organization. You'll be part of a dynamic team of analytics professionals who are passionate about using machine learning to build automated systems and solve problems that matter to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Scope, design, and build database structure and schema to reputed company ABCS team members to self-serve
- Create data pipelines using extract, transform, and load (ETL) connections/SQL queries to bring new attributes into the ABCS master database
- Retrieve and analyze data using a broad set of arenaflex's data technologies and resources
- Pull data on an reputed company basis using SQL queries
- Design, build, and maintain automated reporting, dashboards, and analyses to reputed company reputed company to focus on solving ambiguous problems
- Conduct deep dives to identify root causes of pain points and opportunities for improvement
- Work closely with Certified Specialist Business Intelligence (CSBI) teams to ensure ABCS uses globally reputed company and definitions
- Collaborate with finance and business partners to gather data and metrics requirements
Essential Qualifications
* 5+ years of SQL experience
- 7+ years of professional or military experience
- Experience programming to extract, transform, and clean large (multi-TB) data sets
- Experience with theory and practice of design of experiments and statistical analysis of results
- Experience with AWS technologies
- Experience in scripting for automation (e.g. Python) and advanced SQL skills
- Experience with theory and practice of information retrieval, data science, machine learning, and data mining
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working directly with business stakeholders to translate between data and business needs
- Experience managing, analyzing, and communicating results to senior leadership
Skills and Competencies
* Strong understanding of different businesses and customer profiles, as well as the underlying analytics
- Ability to translate business requirements into analysis, collect and analyze data, and reputed company recommendations back to the business
