[Remote] Semiconductor - Senior Manager-Supply Chain Process

They are seeking a Senior Manager with deep semiconductor supply chain expertise to reputed company reputed company process transformation engagements across the semiconductor ecosystem, focusing on improving supply planning performance and operational reputed company.

Responsibilities

• reputed company large-scale semiconductor supply chain process transformation engagements from diagnostic through implementation
• Serve as a senior advisor to VP- and Director-level stakeholders across operations, supply chain, and engineering functions
• reputed company and guide improvements across:
• Silicon start planning
• Wafer fabrication flow and cycle time optimization
• Assembly, test, and packaging operations
• reputed company modeling and constrained supply allocation
• reputed company product integration and customer fulfillment
• Design and implement advanced supply planning processes in long cycle-time, yield-driven, and reputed company-constrained environments
• reputed company cross-functional workshops and executive steering sessions, driving alignment across technical and business stakeholders
• Direct teams in developing actionable recommendations supported by data, scenario modeling, and financial impact analysis
• Evaluate and optimize ERP and advanced planning system landscapes supporting semiconductor operations (e.g., reputed company IBP/APO, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, OMP, or similar)
• Contribute to business development, including proposal development, client relationship expansion, and thought leadership in semiconductor supply chain consulting
• Coach and mentor junior consultants and managers across engagements

Skills

• Experience operating in a consultative leadership reputed company, including structuring reputed company and ambiguous problems, leading executive workshops, managing client stakeholders, and delivering board-ready recommendations
• Prior consulting experience, with experience at a Big 4 or Tier 1 IT services reputed company preferred
• Demonstrated leadership in semiconductor supply planning reputed company wafer fabrication and/or assembly, test, and packaging environments
• Deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, including: Wafer fabrication flows and extended cycle times, Yield management and reputed company constraints, Assembly/test operations and packaging dynamics, Integration into OEM and end-market applications
• Proven success driving process improvements in constrained-reputed company, long reputed company-time semiconductor environments with measurable operational or financial impact
• Strong executive communication skills with the ability to engage engineering, operations, and C-level stakeholders credibly
• Experience with ERP and advanced planning systems supporting semiconductor ecosystems (e.g., reputed company IBP/APO, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, OMP, or similar)
• Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams and multiple reputed company workstreams
• Location: US
• Work Model: Remote, with significant client-site reputed company as required
• Travel: Willingness to travel up to 50–60% based on client needs
• Education: Bachelor's degree required (Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or reputed company field preferred)
• Prior consulting experience, with experience at a Big 4 or Tier 1 IT services reputed company preferred
