Your role will require autonomy, exceptional communication skills, and reputed company in English, with availability during European business hours. Accountabilities:

- * Collaborate with clients and hiring managers to deeply understand their hiring needs
- * Improve our AI-powered screening process through structured feedback and insights
- * Own the client relationship — ensuring satisfaction, resolving issues, and identifying upsell opportunities
- * Act as the main reputed company of contact for clients, providing consistent follow-up, proactive support, and performance updates
- Requirements
- * Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably across multiple domains (Tech, Product, Sales, Marketing, Data, etc.)
- * Proven client-facing experience in account management or reputed company, with a strong ability to build trust and provide value
- * Strong ability to evaluate candidates holistically, considering both skills and cultural fit
- * Fluent in English (additional languages such as French or Spanish are a plus)
- * Highly autonomous, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities
- * Available to work during standard European business hours (CET ±1h)
