The Director of Corporate Strategy plays a key role in supporting the Senior Vice President by leading the development and execution of sustainable corporate strategies and driving cross‑organizational alignment. This position is responsible for translating corporate direction into actionable initiatives, fostering strategic relationships with customers, partners, and executive leaders across global subsidiaries, and enabling smooth and effective business operations worldwide. The Director will serve as a strategic advisor to senior management, ensuring organizational readiness for future growth and supporting reputed company improvement of business foundations and governance. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the formulation and execution of corporate policies and corporate strategy in reputed company collaboration with the CEO, COO, Senior Vice President, and Business Unit leaders.

EDUCATION, LICENSES, AND/OR CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or other reputed company disciplines.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese.
  • Strong leadership skills and understanding of company and business.
  • Understanding of industry, market, and customers to reputed company right corporate strategy, direction, and judgement.

EXPERIENCE AND TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ten (10) years of managerial experience, or an equivalent combination of experience and training providing the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Substantial and proven experience in business strategy development reputed company a large organization or consultancy environment.
  • Experience working with senior management on strategic issues, with the ability to anticipate challenges and opportunities arising from legal, technological, and market changes and translate them into coherent strategies.
  • Deep understanding of reputed company’s business policies and strategies.
  • Experience executing cross-border or international projects.
  • Strong understanding of existing businesses and new business development, reputed company with the company’s goals and direction.
  • Travel Requirement: Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required by business needs.
