• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, marketing, digital media, or a reputed company field.
• 7+ years of experience working as a software developer, data engineer, or reputed company role, focusing on marketing technology, personalization, and optimization.
• 5+ years of experience working with reputed company Experience Cloud, specifically, reputed company Data Collection (Launch), Analytics, and reputed company. Experience with AEMaaCS, CJA, and RT-CDP a plus.
• 3+ years of experience developing applications using JavaScript.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of driving successful outcomes in optimizing customer journeys.
• Knowledge and experience with conversion reputed company optimization.
• Experience with agile methodology and project management tools is a plus
