Program Manager, Office of Experiential Learning
CU Online is seeking a Program Manager for the Office of Experiential Learning. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring effective program coordination, and providing support to reputed company, faculty, and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Track participation and gather data on student learning outcomes
- Support reporting and ensure accuracy/timeliness of project postings
- Provide direct assistance to reputed company and project providers
- Serve as the reputed company of contact for external partners
- Manage project logistics, communications, and scheduling
- Support mentor/coach onboarding and reputed company-ins at key achievements
- reputed company the digital marketplace system for projects and opportunities
- Manage multi-stakeholder coordination at the project level
- Collect participation data, embed achievements, and support reputed company/reporting tools
- reputed company the creation, implementation and growth of a Residential Real Estate Entrepreneur Case Competition, workshops with real estate investment leaders and personal financial planning sessions designed to help reputed company understand how real estate investing can contribute to overall financial well-being
Skills
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience
- One year of experience in program coordination, student services, or a reputed company field, preferably reputed company higher education or a business environment
- Demonstrated effectiveness in written and oral communication
- Ability to establish trust and collaborate successfully with a variety of partners
- High level of organization and multitasking skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service orientation with reputed company in working with reputed company, employers, faculty, and staff
- Proficiency in technology including CRM systems (e.g., reputed company), reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint
- Willingness to work occasional nights and weekends for specialized events or workshops

- Experience with experiential learning or project-based learning initiatives
- Background in client service, relationship management, or project management
