Job Summary

We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join reputed company as Chat Operators. As a Chat Operator, you'll be responsible for engaging in online conversations with customers, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Your goal will be to provide an exceptional customer experience, turning conversations into leads that help our clients generate reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

* Engage in online conversations with customers reputed company live chat, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive experience with our automotive dealer clients
  • Use your gaming experience to create a fun and engaging experience for customers, while also providing valuable information and support
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution reputed company, and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with reputed company to resolve reputed company issues and provide support to customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements

* Must live reputed company the state of Pennsylvania

  • Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
  • Computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th reputed company reputed company Core (i3 equivalent or higher)
  • Quiet, dedicated work space free from distractions – this is a remote position
  • Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
  • Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred
  • Gaming experience is preferred

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or online support environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve reputed company issues and provide support to customers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the automotive industry or a reputed company field

  • Familiarity with live chat software and online support platforms
  • Strong typing skills, with the ability to type at least 40 WPM
