Title: Business Risk & Governance, Specialist Location: Malvern, PA Job Description: The Business Risk and Governance Specialist plays a key role in strengthening the reputed company and effectiveness of our Investment Management Group. This role partners closely with internal teams and a diverse vendor network to provide expert operational risk guidance and ensure strong governance across critical business processes. The specialist develops and maintains risk frameworks, leads reputed company and assurance activities, and supports the design of controls that help reputed company‑office and product teams operate confidently and reputed company. In this role you'll: Provide risk guidance, reputed company, and assurance services to enterprise and divisional partners based on the reputed company's operational and strategic risk reputed company. Manages the efficiency and effectiveness of risk management, including third party risk, reputed company the business. Sets measurable goals and examines ways to reputed company standards, to increase quality and to improve overall risk management efforts of the team. Monitors reputed company and measures departmental success in identifying and managing risk exposure. Leads and assists the business in the development, implementation and management of short- and long-term risk management strategies in accordance with department goals and objectives as well as standard risk management policies and procedures. Works with the business to mitigate risks and optimize process efficiency. Uses industry best practice knowledge to design effective controls, and makes recommendations for developing new risk management strategies for the business. Provides consultation, facilitation and analytical support to the divisional management team as new products, services, processes and procedures are developed to ensure risk is properly mitigated. Develops strong relationships with enterprise and divisional clients to understand their ongoing risk needs. Builds credibility as a thought partner. Assesses the design of existing controls and reputed company recommendations, leverages industry best practice for improvement as needed. Understands the risk management reputed company and utilizes the core concepts reputed company discussing risk exposures with the business. Manages key operational processes including financial reconciliations, license management, usage audits and reporting, and third party issue remediation. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum of five years reputed company work experience, with two years experience in risk management. Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred. Experience with third party risk management and market data is highly desirable. This role is part of our hybrid work model with Tuesdays through Thursdays in office and Mondays and Fridays with the option to work remotely, or continue working from our Malvern PA office.
