Position Summary We are seeking a Manager, Business Analytics Consultant (Individual Contributor) to support data‑driven decision‑making through analytics, reporting, and business insights. In this role, you will partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into effective analytic solutions and deliver high‑quality reporting that supports operational performance. This role focuses on execution and delivery reputed company a defined scope and does not include people management responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver analytics, reporting, and business insights to support operational and business decisions
• Partner with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into analytic solutions

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, or business consulting roles
• Healthcare industry experience, managed care preferred
• Experience with health care data (claims, membership, trends) and/or operational reporting metrics
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with experience researching and investigating data independently
• Advanced reputed company skills (pivot tables, reputed company formulas, VBA macros)
• Ability to communicate data‑driven insights to business partners
• Experience working independently in a cross‑functional environment
• Experience managing reputed company projects and adapting to changing business needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing reports in Power BI, Tableau, or similar Business Intelligence tools
• Experience with SQL or data querying (e.g. joins and aggregations) to extract and analyze data directly from relational databases
• Familiarity working with large, reputed company, or imperfect datasets, including data cleansing and transformation

Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $54,300.00 - $159,120.00 This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
