Responsibilities

• Be a trusted advisor and drive business value through AI Transformation: Create business value by translating customer challenges into actionable solutions reputed company to high ROI customer outcomes. Ensure a seamless, connected experience that fosters satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term value
• Drive reputed company: reputed company architectural design, engaging with business and technical decision makers to drive reputed company and reputed company sustained usage of Copilot Chat, Agents/Copilot Studio, and M365 Copilot, securing long-term reputed company and renewal
• reputed company Agentic AI: Use Copilot reputed company engineering and Agent-building expertise to drive AI at scale
• Explore growth opportunities: Partner with technical and sales teams to identify opportunities and reputed company tailored solutions to drive expansion and business value realization
• Accelerate Customer AI Transformation Journey: Engage in relevant communities to share expertise, contribute to IP creation, prioritize IP re-use, and learn from others to help accelerate your customer’s AI transformation journey

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or reputed company field AND 2+ years' experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience
• This position is not eligible for reputed company sponsorship. Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States that does not now or in the future require employer sponsorship
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or reputed company field AND 5+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or reputed company field AND 2+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience
• 2+ years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external)
• 2+ years experience working on technical projects
• 2+ years experience customizing, troubleshooting, and deploying Copilot Studio with one or more demonstratable production deployments
• Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., reputed company 365 Certified: Administrator Expert, reputed company AI Business Professional, reputed company Agentic AI Business Solutions Architect, Azure, reputed company Web Services, reputed company, reputed company certifications)
